Issuing a new work permit for an foreign expert employed in Vietnamese enterprise
Experts are individuals who have received specialized training in a particular field, possess practical work experience, and have in-depth theoretical and practical skills in a specific area or have a superior understanding compared to the general knowledge level. Currently, experts can participate directly or indirectly (through providing opinions or consulting) in specific work or fields within an enterprise.
For enterprises that require the services of foreign experts and are conducting the procedures for foreign workers for the first time, this is referred to as a new work permit issuance. Typically, for new work permit issuances, you must prepare the procedures according to the requirements for new issuances.
The job titles of foreign experts are diverse and depend on the specific nature of the work, the foreign worker's professional qualifications accumulated through specialized training and experience, and the high level of expertise suitable for the intended work at the Vietnamese company. Therefore, expert job titles are closely related to the specific expertise that the foreign worker will contribute and perform in practice.
