Cases where entry is not allowed Vietnam

1. Failing to satisfy the conditions specified
1.1 No Possess a passport or valid international travel document and a visa, except for cases where visas are exempted under Law.
1.2 For foreigners entering the country under the unilateral visa exemption category, their passports must be valid for at least 06 months;
1.3 Foreigners using electronic visas to enter must fully meet the conditions specified  and enter through international border gates decided by the Government.
2. Children under 14 years old who are not accompanied by a parent, guardian or authorized person.
3. Forging papers, making false declarations in order to be granted valid papers on entry, exit and residence.
4. People suffering from mental diseases or infectious diseases that endanger public health.
5. Being expelled from Vietnam for less than 03 years from the effective date of the expulsion decision.
6. Forced exit from Vietnam within 06 months from the effective date of the decision on forced exit.
7. For reasons of disease prevention and control.
8. Due to natural disaster.
9. For reasons of national defense, security, social order and safety.
