Consulting services work permits for foreign teacher

Consulting on completing procedures, drafting documents, supporting document translation, submitting documents and receiving results according to regulations
I. Procedures:
1. Post recruitment according to the provisions of law;
2. Apply for approval to use labor in the right position;
3. Apply for a work permit according to the approved documents and job position.

II. Documents must include:
1. Form 11/pli, form issued according to regulations;
2. Approval of employer;
3. Documents proving the Expert's job is an English Teacher teaching at the Center, and a specialist teacher in education
3.1. University degree
3.2. Teaching certificates TESOL, TEFL, CELTA...
3.3. CEFR English certificate or Vietnamese 6-level foreign language competency framework certificate from C1 (not applicable to British, American, Australian, New Zealand, Canadian nationalities).
4. Judicial record
5. Health certificate (no more than 12 months from the date of application);
6. Notarized passport or passport certified by the employer;
7. Two 4x6 photos with white background (face facing straight, no hat, no colored glasses).
Note: For foreign documents, consular legalization is required (except for cases where legalization is exempt). Legalization of foreign documents means that there must be confirmation/stamp of the diplomatic agency/foreign ministry of the country issuing the document and confirmation of consular legalization from the Vietnamese Embassy there. 
Criminal records can be applied for at the Department of Justice where foreigners temporarily reside and have confirmation of temporary residence in Vietnam (Judicial record means a record of previous criminal conviction(s) of a person convicted under a criminal court judgment or ruling which has taken legal effect, the state of his/her execution of the judgment and a ban on this person's holding of certain posts)
